Cashback is a discount calculated on the Customer Price and accredited back to your account and used when paying for your next orders. Each Member receives 15% cashback and each Brand Partner 20% cashback from the total amount of the order value.

The cashback is used automatically when placing an order. The total Cashback used for a single order cannot exceed 50% of the order value. If the accumulated Cashback is more than 50% of order value the exceeding amount will be saved and made available to use for future orders. Cashback is valid during the campaign it is generated, as well as for the next 3 full campaigns, and will expire at the end of the 3rd campaign. When the cashback is accrued or is close to expiry, you will receive a notification on your account (feature not ready for BG! please check if it will be available for your launch).

You cannot get Cashback on products without Bonus Points; such as fees, printed material or samples.

For their first order Members and Brand Partners recieve the 15% Welcome Discount, however, Cashback from that order is still calculated based on the original, full, product price.
