How can I track my order?

  1. You can track your order by logging into your account, then go to Order -> Order history and choose the desired order.
    Here you can check at what stage of delivery your package is, e.g. order sent from the warehouse, handed over to the courier company, etc.

     

  2. You can also track your parcel from the local courier’s website: [insert website] - use this sentence only if it applies to your market

     

  3. In addition, you will find a notification bell in the upper right corner of our website/ application. After placing the order, you will be notified there about the next stages of shipment.
