See the dos and don’ts of training on your own

Home Workout Essentials:

  • Water – drink water before, during, and especially after a workout
  • Fitness/Yoga mat – great for bodyweight exercises
  • Resistance bands – with one band, you can do an entire workout
  • Rest and sleep – if you are rested, you can prevent injury
  • 1 pair of dumbbells (3 kgs for women, 5 kgs for men) – get an easy total body workout at home
  • Running shoes – for high-impact living room workouts
  • Jumping rope – makes calorie burning exercises more productive
  • Energy! – you're going to need it for high-intensity exercises!
