1. Skip sugar

b) make sure your protein and fiber intakes are high,

4. Lighten up your dinners

A rich salad accompanied by a soup or omelette and a slice of wholemeal bread is a satisfying and slim dinner. Finish off with a hot drink, like herbal tea. No snacking after that, so go ahead and brush your teeth!
5. Go to bed!
Most people need 7-9 hours of sleep per night. Sleep deprivation increases your total calorie intake the next day and it also makes you prefer fast carbs (sugars) over other energy sources. Sleep deprivation will most likely increase your caffeine intake as well. Make a habit of getting ready for bed around 9:30 p.m. Nothing good comes out of staying up too late, as your mother would have told you some years ago.
6. Stress less
Prolonged stress can make you gain weight. This is because the stress hormone cortisol makes your body store fat. In addition, stress can make you eat more. Test out meditating instead of eating. Take five minutes whenever you can to close your eyes, relax your shoulders and jaw, and to breathe deeply. Remind yourself of the blessings in your life.
