Here are some of our favourite ways to use Natural Balance Shakes throughout the day:
1. Add it to your morning coffee
Nothing will make you rise and shine faster than knowing you’ve got a delicious and protein-packed coffee waiting for you. Plus, high in dietary fibre? Sounds like a great way to start your day!
Mix 2-3 tablespoons of vanilla Natural Balance Shake Mix with hot water, and then add that to your morning coffee. Or, for a protein mocha, try using chocolate-flavoured Natural Balance instead!
2. Add it to your oatmeal
Oatmeal is an easy and delicious breakfast, but we’re going to make it even better with Natural Balance!
Simply add a scoop of chocolate, vanilla, or strawberry Natural Balance to the water or milk you cook your oats in, and then prepare as usual.
3. Make Protein Pancakes

5. Make a Mug Cake
Mug cake is a classic dessert for when you want something sweet right away! But you can make your mug cake a healthier option by adding Natural Balance to the mix.
Use chocolate or vanilla Natural Balance mix to replace the flour in your favourite mug cake recipe. Microwave until the cake is set and dig in!
