The latter is the case with our special Wellness recipe for gingerbread cookies. Just this small change makes the final product all-the-more nutritious. • 350 g flour
• 150 g Protein Blend
• 2 eggs
• 250 g butter
• 1 cup honey
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 packet gingerbread spice (no sugar added)
Add all ingredients to a bowl and knead until combined. The dough shouldn’t stick to your hands, add a little more flour if necessary. Roll out, sprinkle with flour and cut out cookies with cutters. Bake for about 20 minutes at 180- 200ºC, then cool. Serve straight away or decorate with favourite topping. Bon appétit!
Remember! Due to the high content of honey, gingerbread cookies can be tough at first and will require time to soften. Therefore, the sooner you prepare them and the longer they sit, the tastier they will be! Prepare them in advance.
