• We took the highest security measures related to our staff protection and disinfections in our Distribution Centers where we are processing your orders.

   

• Specially installed dispensers at our Distribution Centers enable hand disinfection, both at the entrance and when leaving the operation. All staff is requested to constantly disinfect hands and workplaces. All common contact surfaces are regularly cleaned and disinfected, and all associated decontamination procedures are followed, as recommended by local authorities.

   

• We have implemented restrictions for external visitors, minimizing only to those, who are indispensable for business continuation, like for example technical services. Each external visitor is registered and requested to disinfect their hands before entering the operation.

   

• All contacts with drivers, who are delivering the products or collecting dispatches are limited to a minimum and possible only after undergoing disinfection procedures.

We require keeping the same high standards from our business partners, who are handling your deliveries from Oriflame, so each order arrives safely at your destination.

We are also monitoring all available official information to be sure there is no risk of infection at any stage of the delivery process.

We are making sure all your orders are delivered on time. However, due to the reasons beyond our control related to worldwide delays in transport or limited availability of goods, it is possible that you may experience a delay in your delivery.
